How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Haiku Teahouse employee account and associated data, please contact your manager or email us at haikuteahouse@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include your full name and username in the email.

What Gets Deleted

Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • Account credentials (email, username, password)
  • Push notification device tokens
  • Capybara customizations, accessories, and inventory
  • House decorations and furniture placements
  • Wall messages and social interactions (pokes, nominations)
  • Coin balance and transaction history
  • Checklist progress and app activity data

What May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for business and legal compliance purposes:

  • Employee work records (writeups, performance reviews) as required by labor law
  • Anonymized work records required for business operations
  • Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics

Timeframe

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
